Можно создать шаблон:

  1. Start - Run - mmc
  2. Add/Remova Snap-in…
  3. Security Templates, так же добавить оснастку Security Configuration and Analysis - Add - Ok
  4. Создать новый или изменить существующий
  5. System Services
  6. Правой кнопкой мыши на требуемом сервисе - Properties - Define this policy in the template
  7. Edit Security

Использование:

  • Right click on Security Configuration and Analysis from left pane of
    of the custom mmc, select Open Database. Give a name to the database
    and select Open.
  • Select the template that you just configured when prompted to import
    template.
  • Right click on Security Configuration and Analysis from left pane of
    of the custom mmc again, select Configure Computer Now.
